Chanel Nobu Dinner
A little bit of detail and DIY on the Chanel Dinner at Nobu dress, accessories, hair and makeup!
Emma wore a classic little black dress to the Chanel dinner at Nobu Restaurant in London
Mix'n'Match!: Emma showed up to the Chanel Dinner in London (to celebrate Chanel’s first runway show outside of France) rocking a classic “LBD” from Chanel’s A/W ‘07 collection and teaming it with an intricately beaded silver cardi (Chanel Resort 2008 collection) and topping it off with simple black satin peep toe pumps and black opaque tights.

Hair/Makeup Guide
For your eyes you will need at least 3 different shades of a neutral coloured eyeshadow. Using the lightest shade, sweep your eye shadow over your eye lid, including your brow bone. Next, take the second lightest shade and sweep it over your eye lid but stopping before your brow bone. Finally take your darkest shade applying it the crease of your eyelid. I recommened Givenchy Prisme Dentelle! eyeshadow quartet. Apply a line of eyeliner on only your upper eyelid. Try Christian Dior Eyeliner in black. Apply two coats of mascara. Try Yves Saint Laurent Aquaresistant mascara in black.
Next apply a blush in a soft pinky-brown colour, like Clarins blush compact in coral.
For the crème de la crème - leave this until last! If you’re brave enough to try red lipstick remember that not all reds suit the same person. It’s very easy to end up looking like you’ve been eating red sweets if you don’t get the right shade. If you’re not sure, go to the makeup counter at a department store. They should be able to recommend the right shade for your skin tone.
First you need to line your lips with a red lipliner, I suggest Chanel, follow this with your lipstick either #14 ‘Passion' #09 'Lover' or #07 'Genius'. Again this all depends on your skin tone. Apply one layer, blot your lips on some tissue and then apply another layer. However, if you’re not too sure about wearing a lipstick go for a bright red gloss. You’ll still need to line your lips with lip liner, but this time you’ll need to fill your lips with the line too. Be careful not to treat your lips like a canvas. Follow this by a bright red gloss. Chanel Aqualemiere gloss in #65 Party Gloss is the perfect shade.
