This tutorial is meant to help fix up captures that are much too blue. It will most likely not work with any other sort of picture, though you can try removing all the yellow colour fills. First, get your base.
Make a new layer and fill it with a deep gold colour. I used #E8A250.
Set this layer to soft light at 100% opacity and duplicate it twice (so there are three layers). It will look something like this:
Now add a selective colour layer with these settings. You will likely need to adjust them to work with your picture: Reds
Cyan: +25 Yellows
Cyan: -25 Neutrals
Cyan: +100 You'll get this:
The colours seem to be okay, but it's horridly dull and I want to brighten up some of the red. Add another selective colour layer. Reds
Cyan: -53 Neutrals
Cyan: 0 Duplicate this layer and you should have something like this:
Finally, add a curves layer. Under red, bring it slightly towards the green side (bottom right). Try a point with input 150 and output 123. Depending on the look you're going for, adjust the opacity. It was a bit too green for me so I set it to 50%.
